What is Nutritional Kinesiology? It is the study of how the different points on the surface of the body relate to the state of health and to the flow of energy in each and every organ and function of the body. It is based on testing the body's own neurological reflexes and acupuncture points to determine the nutritional needs and imbalances of the body. Nutritional Kinesiology can help identify and resolve the survival triggers that prevent the body from regenerating its health. It can also help design a personalized nutritional therapy program to support the body's natural healing process.

I am a Board-Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner and Licensed as an Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner. I also have my certifications in Nutritional Kinesiology, Nutritional Coaching, Master Nutritionist and Reiki Level 1.

I chose to get into the natural wellness field because I watched my mother who had Hepatitis C and Cirrhosis of the Liver, struggle with her sickness for 10 years before her passing. I watched doctor after doctor give her medication after medication, all while she slowly deteriorated. Not one doctor ever took the time to educate her on diet and wellness. I do believe she would still be alive today if someone would have been there to guide her and support her in believing there was a better way to live. She ended up passing due to a staph infection that she got from her PICC line from the home nurse. Her dying wish was that they would use her bodies organs to make a cure for this sickness. 10 years after her death they had found the cure. Although it's a medication and can cure Hep C within 8-12 weeks, along with a strict diet and nutrition you can come back and live a normal life.
